The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data and generate leads for property sales.Client Interaction:Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and project highlights to customers clearly.Follow-Up:Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and convert leads into site visits or bookings.Target Achievement:Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as assigned by the management.Database Management:Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.Coordination:Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi is a plus)Strong convincing and negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of real estate industry preferredAbility to handle rejection and work under pressureTarget-driven and self-motivated

Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers/leadsExplain services and handle customer queriesFollow up with interested customersMaintain basic call records and reportsAchieve daily/weekly calling targetsEligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers welcome)Good communication skills in Hindi & Marathi(Basic English preferred)Comfortable with phone callingBasic knowledge of mobile/computer usageMale/Female candidates both can apply
