Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data and generate leads for property sales.
Client Interaction:
Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and project highlights to customers clearly.
Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and convert leads into site visits or bookings.
Target Achievement:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as assigned by the management.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Coordination:
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Target-driven and self-motivated
