Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads

Explain services and handle customer queries

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain basic call records and reports

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers welcome)

Good communication skills in Hindi & Marathi

(Basic English preferred)

Comfortable with phone calling

Basic knowledge of mobile/computer usage
