Our goal is to help the community to lead healthy life by delivering quality products at affordable & accessible medication that satisfy urgent medical needs.Roles and Responsibilities: Tele caller (sales)Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or serviceAnswer questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Complete monthly sales targets.Update customer information in the database.Take and process order in an accurate manner.Keep records of calls, sales & note useful information.Ability to learn about the products and servicesProvide information about our Ayurvedic products and servicesGuide customers towards suitable products for their well-beingMaintain accurate records of customer interactions for future referenceAsking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.Follow-up with customers & internal team.Should be a good seller and understand the customer requirement and based on the same should be able to sale the product/medicine.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :Bachelors degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 6 months experience with proofCandidates from science background/Healthcare is a plus not mandatory.Should be able to work full time (Part time & WFH not available)Sales skillAbility to listen and active problem-solving skillsAbility to handle pressureStrong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience.Should be open minded and ready to learn.Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure.Cool- tempered & able to handle rejection.Good interpersonal & Communi
