Join our team as an Airline Ground Staff in Durgapur. As a key member of the ground operations team, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure seamless airline operations. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with aircraft maintenance, ground staff activities, airport operations, and passenger handling. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with passengers and other team members effectively. You will also be involved in airport ground handling, hospitality, and cabin crew activities. Prior knowledge of aviation, ground management, cargo handling, and air traffic control will be beneficial. We are looking for a motivated individual with a 12th pass education and a willingness to learn and grow in the aviation industry. This is a full-time position based in our office in Durgapur.

Key Responsibilities:1. Cabin Crew Activities: Provide excellent customer service to passengers during flights, including ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the journey.2. Hospitality: Offer a warm and friendly welcome to passengers, assist with their luggage, and serve food and beverages during the flight.3. Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and pilots to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience for everyone.4. Hostess Activities: Greet passengers as they board the aircraft, distribute newspapers and magazines, and provide safety demonstrations before take-off.5. Airline Operations: Follow all safety protocols and procedures set by the airline, including emergency protocols and assisting with any in-flight incidents.6. Personality Development: Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the airline in a courteous and respectful manner to passengers.Required Skills and Expectations:1.
