The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to handle multiple administrative and HR-related functions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Collections & Follow-ups: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients/vendors and maintain accurate records.Vendor Management: Handle existing vendors and build strong relationships.Search and onboard new vendors as per organizational requirements.Client Tie-Ups: Assist in identifying potential clients and coordinating for tie-ups, agreements, and onboarding formalities.Proposal Management: Draft, review, and manage proposals, MoUs, and agreements for clients and vendors.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain contracts, invoices, and related records in a systematic manner.Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor and client operations.Reporting: Provide regular updates on collections, vendor performance, and client tie-ups to management.Requirements:Graduate (BBA/ B.Com/ MBA in HR or Administration preferred).Strong communication & negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
