job description:

as a recruitment specialist at zodiac hr consultant india pvt. ltd., you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

key responsibilities:

1. talent acquisition:

- manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

2. client management:

- partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational structure, and culture.

- provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.

- build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

3. candidate management:

- conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.

- coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

- provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

4. market research:

- stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
