job advertising – draft and publish compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.

screening & shortlisting – review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

interview coordination – schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

stakeholder management – work closely with hr and department heads to understand hiring needs.

candidate experience – ensure timely communication and a positive recruitment journey.

offer management – negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and close hiring.

data & reporting – maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
