Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing – Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Job Advertising – Draft and publish compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.

Screening & Shortlisting – Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination – Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Stakeholder Management – Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs.

Candidate Experience – Ensure timely communication and a positive recruitment journey.

Offer Management – Negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and close hiring.

Data & Reporting – Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
