Screening of Resumes, Shortlisting of Candidates, Pipelining Interviews, Following up with candidates, System Implementation, Seriously watching employee behavior and Organizational growth.Additional HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs for employees and trainees.
