HR Analyst || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who have completed their 12th grade and have little to no work experience. The role is full-time and can be performed from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Collect and organize employee information and HR-related data to ensure accurate records are maintained for reporting and analysis.

- Assisting with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and updating job postings, making it easier for the HR team to find suitable candidates.

- Payroll Support: Help with payroll processing by ensuring that employee attendance and leave records are updated, which is crucial for timely salary payments.

- Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees with questions about HR policies, procedures, and benefits, facilitating smooth communication within the organization.

- Reporting: Prepare basic reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and attendance, helping the HR team to understand important trends.
