Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing from job portals, references, databases, Google, LinkedIn, etc.2. Studying and understanding the job requirements received from the clients3. Evaluating the different sourcing methods for such requirements4. Generating a pool of suitable and interested candidates from various sources5. Screening and shortlisting the profiles6. Interviewing and preparing candidates for further rounds with clients7. Following up actively with the candidate until the joining of the candidate8. Maintaining various internal reports and client reports9. Working on client acquisition10. Working on onboarding/sourcing new clients

Handling end to end recruitmentHandling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening Interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements closing.Recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation.Discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered jobPreparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.Maintaining the candidates database of various levels.Implement and administer employee policiesProvide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issuesImplementing programs to help improve the employee experienceIdentify ways to improve policies and proceduresPrepare termination and severance lettersCompany profile :Milan Dairy Foods Pvt Ltd is in Dairy Bussiness since 1989 with the brand name GOPALJEE.It has two plants situated at Agra and Bah,Etawah in U.P. and an upcoming plant in Hapur,U.P.

ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across the regionEffectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closureBuilding strong relationships with key accounts in the regionBuilding up a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planningDeveloping & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goalsPrepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performanceAnalyzing market trends and competitors activities in region
