Shortlisting contractors and finalizing them for execution of civil work as per drawings on basis of proper tendering system based on QC and L1. Building new construction and maintenance teams on sites as required. Effective management of all site teams and work to make sure timely delivery of milestones. Managing work of internal team to make sure timely and good quality construction. Overseeing the work of external contractors and making sure the civil work, finishing, and all assigned work is executed up to best quality and within budget. Maintaining all site documents related to drawings and costing in coordination with different consultants and contractors including designs, drawings, BOQ, contractor agreements etc.Compulsory Pre-Requisites: Should have been involved in planning in pre-construction concept stage.
