Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing from job portals, references, databases, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Studying and understanding the job requirements received from the clients
3. Evaluating the different sourcing methods for such requirements
4. Generating a pool of suitable and interested candidates from various sources
5. Screening and shortlisting the profiles
6. Interviewing and preparing candidates for further rounds with clients
7. Following up actively with the candidate until the joining of the candidate
8. Maintaining various internal reports and client reports
9. Working on client acquisition
10. Working on onboarding/sourcing new clients
