SAP CFIN Functional QA Tester (Consultant)Job descriptionThe QA Tester will focus on functional testing for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) processes, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with business requirements. This is not a configuration role-it is strictly QA-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning & ExecutionDesign and execute functional test cases for SAP CFIN scenarios (initial load, replication, AIF monitoring).Validate financial postings, ledger updates, and integration with MM/SD modules.Perform regression, integration, and UAT cycles.Data & Process ValidationVerify master data consistencyValidate mappings and posting logic for replicated transactions.Defect ManagementLog and track defects using tools like Rally, ALM, or JIRA.Participate in defect triage calls and collaborate with developers for resolution.DocumentationPrepare test plans, RTM, execution reports, and evidence for audits.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.Required SkillsExperience: 5-7 years in SAP functional QA testing, with at least 3 years in SAP CFIN.SAP Modules: FI/CO (GL, AP, AR), MM, SD.Tools: Rally, ALM, JIRA, SQL for backend validation.Testing Types: Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT.Technical Knowledge: Batch job monitoring (SM37), IDoc/XML validation, AIF error handling.Preferred SkillsExposure to retail or finance-specific flows (e.g., GR/IR reconciliation, procure-to-pay).Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for documentation.Work HoursMust support U.S. overlap to 12:00 PM EST.

5-8 years of experience in the Supply Chain.
