Make calls to existing business leads and for new leads. Keeping in touch with prospective clients. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Keep client database updated Manage sales pipeline. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Support in writing new business proposals Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients Follow company guidelines and procedures for converting leads into business deals and forwarding the leads to the seniors Maintain proper MIS of ongoing leads, converted clients, in process leads, etc. and use it properly during promotional activities. Sending regular marketing material, blogs, offers, etc.to existing clients and prospective clients. Meet clients for understanding their requirement as per need. Getting Industry data and scheduling meetings with the clients for business development.
