The Specialist will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing customer relations, and promoting fitness training programs to potential clients. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for new staff on sales techniques and membership engagement. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional activities will also be a critical part of the role.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with members and potential clientsProven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targetsExperience in Training and coaching teams to improve performanceStrong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with teams, including marketing and customer supportBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferredExperience in the fitness industry is a plus.
