Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Chandigarh, India. The Specialist will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing customer relations, and promoting fitness training programs to potential clients. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for new staff on sales techniques and membership engagement. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional activities will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with members and potential clients

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targets

Experience in Training and coaching teams to improve performance

Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with teams, including marketing and customer support

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred

Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
