Receiving in & out bond calls. Receiving & managing the Clients, Customers and Visitors. Calling and answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company. Sending Emails and SMS (customers & Contractors) and also making changes to company's policies and procedures when needed. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners. Handling Administration works Taking care of administration filing and maintenance. Taking care of Directors works Arrange the meetings of Directors & employees.
