• receiving in & out bond calls. receiving & managing the clients, customers and visitors.
• calling and answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
• asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• updating all details in specific software of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• sending emails and sms (customers & contractors) and also making changes to company's policies and procedures when needed.
• maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.
• handling administration works taking care of administration filing and maintenance. taking care of directors works arrange the meetings of directors & employees.
• coordinate with architect, contractor and report to leadership. report, contractor management, coordinator, quality maintenance, material management. honest coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality of materials.
