Responsibilities:1.Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our database or leads provided.2.Present, promote, and sell IT products or services to prospective clients.3.Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs.4.Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.5.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.6.Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and closed deals.7.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.8.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.9.Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer needs.
