Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer database in CRM or MS office system.Handle & Manage customer inquiries, quotations, orders, complaints and follow-ups.Track order status and ensure on-time delivery.Assist to resolve customer complaints related to quality, quantity, or dispatch.Prepare sales reports, order status reports, and customer feedback reports.Support the sales team in lead tracking and conversion follow-up.Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat or cross-sales.Assist to Marketing department for promotional events, fair, Exhibition etc.Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills in English language.Knowledge of MS Excel.Problem-solving abilityCustomer-focused attitudeQualification & Experience:Graduate in any discipline0-3 years experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales CoordinationExperience in manufacturing industry preferred.Only female candidate require.Married Female candidate shall be preferable.
