Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer database in CRM or MS office system.
Handle & Manage customer inquiries, quotations, orders, complaints and follow-ups.
Track order status and ensure on-time delivery.
Assist to resolve customer complaints related to quality, quantity, or dispatch.
Prepare sales reports, order status reports, and customer feedback reports.
Support the sales team in lead tracking and conversion follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat or cross-sales.
Assist to Marketing department for promotional events, fair, Exhibition etc.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills in English language.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Problem-solving ability
Customer-focused attitude
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
03 years experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
