Understand and analyze overall Clients need and requirements. With the use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present thescreened candidates to the clients. Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Head. End to End coordination from client and candidate side Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within ourinternal database.

Knowledge about portals i.e. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Must have good negotiation skills and be involved in the pre & post follow up process. Attend Candidates, schedule meetings.
