• Must be good at screening, Sourcing, headhunting, and selection.

• Knowledge about portals . Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

• Must have good negotiation skills and be involved in the pre & post follow up process.

• Attend Candidates, schedule meetings.

• Communicate with Stack holders/ Panel for interview schedule and feedback.
