Well-versed with advance excel skills i.e. Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Formulas and Functions.

1) Relationship management with Vendors. 2) Handle calls and queries regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general concerns. 3) Responsible for maintaining high professionalism with vendors and working to establish a positive rapport. 4) Update the information gathered in the vendor database.5) Knowledge of Telugu, English & Hindi Language (spoken and written)
