The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Factory and Safety Laws, Payroll management, ISO certifications, and end-to-end HR processes. He will act as the key liaison between management and employees, fostering legal compliance and a secure, efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities1. Labour & Factory ComplianceInterpret and implement the Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Labour Welfare Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity Act, and Standing Orders.Coordinate with authorities to obtain and renew statutory licenses (Factory, Trade, Fire & Safety, Contract Labour, Environment)Maintain statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, bonus, minimum wages, gratuity, etc.2. Health, Safety & ISO StandardsDevelop and enforce health & safety programs aligned with ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001.Conduct risk assessments, safety training, fire drills, and maintain emergency preparedness.Ensure availability and upkeep of safety equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers).3. Payroll & CompensationManage end-to-end payroll: timesheets, biometric data, contractor wage verification, statutory deductions (tax, benefit, insurance).Design and administer incentive and bonus schemes.Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits programs.4.
