Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty & brand awareness. Responsible for designing and implementing the communication strategy across all program interventions. Develop reports, case studies, success stories, field stories, videos, photos, and other media content that can be put up on the public forum to spread awareness of work. Coordinate with the policy and research teams to design outreach material for effective presentations to relevant stakeholders. Maintain social media image by regularly updating Twitter, Facebook, and blog accounts with meaningful content. Maintain and update website regularly to ensure that work is posted regularly for public view. Lead or support the preparation of newsletters, press releases, infographics, videos, and other communications materials.Documentation: Preparation of progress & others essential reports to be submitted to donor on time Consistency in data and information shared - Data accuracy Quality of Data analysis and projection Documenting Good Practices and sharing feedback with team Understanding and analyzing challenges faced documenting findings Result, Process and Good Practices documentationThe Candidates should have: A minimum of a Masters degree Rural Development/Development Studies/Social Work/Social Sciences/Mass communication Priority will be given to Person with not less than three (3) years of experience.
