roles & responsibilities:
· develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty & brand awareness.
· responsible for designing and implementing the communication strategy across all program interventions.
· develop reports, case studies, success stories, field stories, videos, photos, and other media content that can be put up on the public forum to spread awareness of work.
· coordinate with the policy and research teams to design outreach material for effective presentations to relevant stakeholders.
· maintain social media image by regularly updating twitter, facebook, and blog accounts with meaningful content.
· maintain and update website regularly to ensure that work is posted regularly for public view.
· lead or support the preparation of newsletters, press releases, infographics, videos, and other communications materials.

· preparation of progress & others essential reports to be submitted to donor on time
· consistency in data and information shared - data accuracy
· quality of data analysis and projection
· documenting good practices and sharing feedback with team
· understanding and analyzing challenges faced – documenting findings
· result, process and good practices documentation
the candidates should have:
· a minimum of a master’s degree rural development/development studies/social work/social sciences/mass communication
· priority will be given to person with not less than three (3) years of experience.
· working knowledge of hindi and english is compulsory
· should have good working knowledge on computer skills
· possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
