Achieve daily and monthly sales targetsStore Operations Display toys attractively on shelves, racks, and window displays to attract customers. Maintain proper arrangement of toys by category (educational toys, action figures, soft toys, ride-on vehicles, board games, gifts, etc.) Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Verify and inspect toys for damages or defects before display. Keep track of popular and slow-moving itemsBilling & Inventory Prepare accurate bills and invoices for customers. Process payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets. Operate computerized billing systems and point-of-sale (POS) machines. Maintain sales records for inventory control. Assist in stock counting and reporting low-stock items to management.
