Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Service Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication between clients, sales, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the sales team with daily administrative tasksProcess customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely mannerAct as a point of contact for clients regarding order status, deliveries, and general inquiriesCommunicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain and update customer databases and sales recordsAssist in preparing sales reports and presentationsHandle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessarySupport in organizing sales events, product demos, and promotional activitiesRequirements:Proven experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of CRM software or ERP systems is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
