Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Service Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication between clients, sales, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Process customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding order status, deliveries, and general inquiries
Communicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
Support in organizing sales events, product demos, and promotional activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of CRM software or ERP systems is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
