CRM Executive
Responsibilities
 Maintain the data of existing customers.
 Prepare regular business MIS and tracking MIS.
 Solve Customer query and provide them with required information as per policy of company.
 Generate additional and new business from the customers.
 Generate leads for the sales team.
 Mail proposals and quotation to customers.
 Customer business analysis and share the same with senior team.
Requirement
 One to Three years of direct work experience in sales preferably in the Logistic industry.
 Good knowledge about the Industry.
 Familiarity with different Computer techniques/tools.
 Strong verbal and written communication
 Good listening skills.
 Self-driven attitude.
 Graduate degree in BA/BS/other.
