The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of machines, attending breakdown calls, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air compressors and related equipment.Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.Conduct preventive maintenance and regular service of compressors under AMC contracts.Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacement of defective components.Prepare detailed service reports after each site visit.Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding machine operation and maintenance.Coordinate with internal teams and spare parts department for required materials.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service.Maintain records of service activities and equipment performance.QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor-s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience1-4 years of experience in servicing compressors, industrial machinery, or related equipment.Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.Required SkillsStrong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.Basic knowledge of air compressors, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to work independently and handle field service assignments.Willingness to travel across North India for service support.Employment TypeFull-Time
