Key Responsibilities Passenger ServicesAssist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrivalIssue boarding passes and manage seat allocationHandle baggage-related queries and excess baggage proceduresAssist elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and PRM passengersProvide accurate flight information and airport guidance Documentation & System HandlingVerify passenger travel documents and IDsUpdate passenger details in check-in / departure control systemsMaintain accurate reports and recordsFollow airline and airport SOPs Safety & SecurityEnsure compliance with airport security regulationsIdentify and report suspicious activitiesFollow emergency and evacuation proceduresCoordinate with security and operations teams Coordination & OperationsCoordinate with gate staff, ramp staff, and cabin crewManage boarding gates and passenger flowEnsure on-time boarding and flight departuresHandle flight delays, cancellations, and passenger complaints professionally Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and customer service skillsBasic computer knowledge and data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilityCalm and professional behavior under pressureTeamwork and coordination skills Education & Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (as per airline requirement)Aviation / Ground Staff certification (preferred)Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Physical & Work RequirementsWillingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekendsAbility to stand for long hoursWell-groomed and professional appearanceComfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment
