Deliver candidates within agreed timelines for different mandates. Attend briefings at the beginning of the day (BOD) or end of the day (EOD).Compensation Volume Hiring: 3,000 per closure (e.g., sales representatives, telesales executives, customer sales executives, etc.). Lateral Hiring: 3% of candidates annual CTC (e.g., sales managers, sales team leaders, etc.). Payment Terms: Released once client clauses are fulfilled (30/45/60/90 days as per client policy).Requirements Minimum 1+ year of proven recruitment experience (mandatory). Strong network/database of candidates (company will not provide data). Ability to handle volume hiring with quick turnaround time. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
