Material & Analysis to manage and guide a team responsible for evaluating, testing, and analyzing materials used in automotive manufacturing. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in material science, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards while driving innovation and efficiency in material usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of material engineers and analysts.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor material testing activities for metals, polymers, composites, and advanced materials.
Conduct failure analysis, durability studies, and performance evaluations of automotive components.
Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, IATF, and other relevant industry standards.
Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to management and crossfunctional teams.
Collaborate with R&D, design, procurement, and production departments to support new product development and material feasibility studies.
Drive costeffective material solutions and process improvements without compromising quality or safety.
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure accurate data collection, and implement best practices in testing and analysis.
Qualifications:

6 To 10 years of experience in material testing, analysis, or automotive manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of material properties, automotive standards, and testing methodologies.
