Business Development Partner - Advertising Agency

The Right Neurons (TRN) is a full-service advertising agency looking for a Business Development Partner who can help us generate new business and bring in qualified leads.

What you'll do:

* Identify and approach potential clients

* Generate qualified leads for our advertising and marketing services

* Connect with business owners, founders and marketing teams

* Set up meetings and help convert leads into clients

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

Who we're looking for:

* Experience in sales / business development, preferably in advertising, marketing or digital services

* Strong communication and networking skills

* Existing business contacts/network will be an advantage

* Someone who is proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with client acquisition

* Freelancers, independent consultants and experienced sales professionals are welcome

Compensation:

This is a commission-based opportunity. Earn attractive commission on every successfully converted client/project.
