Business Analyst (2-3 Years)

Rolls & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and gather comprehensive business requirements.

Propose Innovative and Practical Solutions to address Business Challenges.

Serve as a Liaison Between Business Stakeholders and Technology Teams.

Ensure that Proposed Solutions align with the Organizations Strategic Goals and Technological Capabilities.

Identify Areas for Process Optimization and Efficiency Enhancement.

Recommend Process Improvements and Assist in their Implementation.

Experience in Gathering business requirements, Process flows, use cases, and user stories.

Maintains Accurate and up-to-date Project Documentation throughout the Project Lifecycle.

Collaborate with Project Managers to Define Project Scope, Objectives, and Deliverables.

Assist in Project Planning, Estimation, and Resource Allocation.

Monitor Project Progress and Identify Potential Risks and Deviations from the Plan.

Participate in System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Validation of Implemented Solutions.

Ensure that Delivered Solutions Meet the Specified Requirements and are of High Quality.

Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project implementation.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented solutions

Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established business rules and regulations.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
