Business Analyst Intern - Full Time

About the role

Choice Connect is looking for a smart, organised fresher to support our business analytics and franchise operations. You'll help keep the engine running: collecting data from internal teams, keeping Excel trackers up to date, calling franchise partners for feedback or product updates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a strong first job if you think in numbers, are comfortable on the phone, and want to learn how a financial services business runs day to day. You'll work directly with the analytics lead and produce reports used by zonal and national equity heads and other business leaders. You'll get hands-on training, including how to use AI tools to work faster.

What you'll do

Collect data and reports from branches, the data team and the tech team, and follow up until you receive them

Maintain and update Excel trackers and MIS reports, keeping them accurate and on time

Call franchise partners to collect feedback or explain new products and offers

Coordinate across teams: track who owes what and keep everyone informed

Run first-level checks on data to spot missing, duplicate or odd-looking figures before they reach reports

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work faster

What we're looking for

Any graduate; commerce, finance or economics background preferred. Freshers welcome

Good working knowledge of Excel: VLOOKUP or SUMIF, pivot tables, basic formulas, sorting and filtering

A data-driven, analytical mindset. You like finding out why a number moved and can turn a messy sheet into a simple answer

Clear spoken Hindi and English, and polite, professional communication on calls

Writes short, clear emails and messages

Takes initiative: asks when unsure and follows up without needing reminders

A keen eye for detail; notices when a number looks wrong

Comfortable making outbound calls

Good to have (not required)

Strong networking and interpersonal skills

Interest in stock markets and the broking business

Hands-on data work, such as a college project, a dashboard, or basics of SQL, Python or Power BI. We'll teach you what the role needs
