Key Responsibility Area: o Design and develop workflows using NITRO Studio.o Automate business processes across different platforms.o Identify and recommend process optimization enhancements.o Retrieve and manipulate data using NITRO tools.o Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and manage expectations.o Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows and processes.o Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and solutions.o Generate documents and maintain workflow logs.o Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.o Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions meeting business requirements.o Provide leadership and support for special projects.o Create visual models such as flowcharts and diagrams for process representation.o Offer solutions for process optimization, automation, and control enhancements.o Establish a centralized document repository for streamlined communication.Eligibility Criteria: o Proven experience with NITRO Studio, SharePoint, and Office 365.o Strong skills in process mapping and use of tools like MS Visio.o Experience with project management software like Jira.o Strong self-learning capabilities to learn new technologies quickly.o Preferred to have Professional certifications related to Nitro Workflows automationo Excellent attention to detail and high output accuracy.o Leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.o Familiarity with workflow integration and data retrieval.o Experience with document generation and workflow logging.o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.o Experience with permissions management and access control.o Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development methodologies.o Experience in articulating and translating business questions into analytical solutions.o Comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis.
