looking for a proactive business analyst with experience in e-commerce / ai projects. the role involves requirement gathering, documentation, process design, sql analysis, and api testing while working closely with product, dev, and qa teams.

key skills:

- requirement analysis & documentation (use cases, srs, brd)

- sql & ms excel (reports, analysis)

- api & integration testing (postman/swagger)

- workflow & process diagrams

- strong communication & stakeholder management
