Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:Territory Mapping: Identify and visit potential industrial clients (Food, Pharma, Textiles, Mining, etc.) within the assigned area.Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries generated by the marketing team and convert them into confirmed orders.Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations of our metal detector systems to technical teams and decision-makers.Negotiation: Handle pricing negotiations and close deals while maintaining company profit margins.2. Channel Management:Dealer Network: Appoint new dealers and distributors in untapped locations within your territory.Support: Train dealer sales teams on product features and USPs to help them sell effectively.3. Relationship & After-Sales:Client Retention: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore repeat business or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) opportunities.Payment Recovery: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.4. Reporting:Provide daily/weekly reports on sales visits, funnel status, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.

Mandatory to have 2 wheeler. Achievement of Sales Target. This is a paint industry, and product is paint. Meeting Painter, Contractor, Builders, Architect, Engineer, and other Customers on Daily Basis and generate business from them. Visiting Minimum 2 sites on regular basis. Visiting their respective Store for 2 hours on daily basis. Holding Shop Meetings with Applicators on Weekly basis. Daily Sales reporting through online portal. Any sales work experience Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team, training/meeting Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and building material industry is an added advantage.
