Job Title: Sales Manager Commercial Exterior

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial exterior/building materials. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and capable of managing client relationships across local commercial construction markets. The role involves driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and promoting exterior solutions such as façade systems, cladding, glazing, roofing, and related products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial construction projects.
Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and consultants.
Promote and sell commercial exterior products (cladding, façade systems, curtain walls, roofing systems, etc.).
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for proposals and quotations.
Monitor project pipeline and maintain CRM records.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
510+ years of experience in commercial exterior / building materials / construction sales.
Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory).
Strong local market network in the commercial construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to read basic architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with façade contractors or building envelope manufacturers.
Knowledge of commercial project bidding processes.
Experience handling large commercial projects (retail, office, hospitality, industrial).
