- Monitor key operational processes in manufacturing, procurement, packaging, and distribution to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.- Analyze process flows regularly to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or inefficiencies, and propose improvements.- Implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) in collaboration with production teams to drive productivity.- Act as a liaison between departments production, quality assurance, supply chain, procurement, and sales to ensure process alignment- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production plans and schedules.- Maintain a well-organized repository of process documentation and ensure that all teams have access to the current versions.- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, hygiene, quality).- Facilitate training sessions for staff when new processes, tools, or SOPs are introduced.- Communicate process changes to stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows.- Define, monitor, and report on process performance metrics (e.g., cycle times, throughput, error rates, wastage) to senior management.- Use data analysis to identify trends or recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementations.- Identify operational risks, process deviations, or non-conformities; perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective & preventive actions- Escalate critical process issues to management in a timely manner, while suggesting viable mitigation strategies- Coordinate with quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure process changes meet regulatory and company standards.
