**Telesales Executive at Sketchworx**As a Telesales Executive at Sketchworx, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients and generating sales leads. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce Sketchworx's interior design services, including turnkey projects, to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.**Key Responsibilities:**- Contact potential clients via phone to present Sketchworx's interior design solutions and services.- Understand client needs, provide relevant information about our offerings, and suggest suitable services.- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive follow-ups and closing deals.- Maintain an updated database of prospective clients and sales activities.- Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project handover.- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships.**Requirements:**- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.- Prior experience in telesales or a customer service role, preferably in interior design or a related field.- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.- Basic knowledge of interior design trends is a plus.**Location:** Delhi (with potential to handle Pan India clients)**Employment Type:** Full-time
