Pay: 15,000.00-30,000.00 per monthJob Description:About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives proficient in Telugu & Hindi to join our customer support team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Telugu, along with basic English as needed.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Telugu language.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on pending requests.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments.Meet daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.Requirements:Fluent in Telugu (spoken and written) Hindi (Spoken).Good communication in English is an added advantage.Graduate in any stream.Prior customer service / call center / BPO experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.Key Skills:Customer ServiceTelugu & Hindi Communication (Fluency)Problem SolvingPatience & EmpathyCall Handling & DocumentationJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Provident FundWork Location: In person
