about the role:
we are looking for enthusiastic customer service executives proficient in telugu & hindi to join our customer support team. the role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in telugu, along with basic english as needed.
key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound customer calls in telugu language.
provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
maintain call records, update crm systems, and follow up on pending requests.
ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
escalate unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments.
meet daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.
requirements:
fluent in telugu (spoken and written) hindi (spoken).
good communication in english is an added advantage.
graduate in any stream.
prior customer service / call center / bpo experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
basic computer knowledge (ms office, email, crm tools).
strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
