You will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products or services, and persuading customers to make purchases or appointments. In addition, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide an exceptional level of customer service.Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads Promote products or services and persuade customers to make purchases or appointments Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular contact Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions and sales activitiesRequirements Total 1 4 Years of experience in BPO / Gold loan / Gold & Jewelry industry Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proven track record of meeting sales targets Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
