Roles and Responsibilities: To ensure the fraud exposure & loss is minimized by identifying the fraud at the earliest Handling the Alerts as per the Guidelines* Interaction with Customer has to be carried-out as per the Talk-Off * in Polite & Soft Manner Get the complete details updated in the system for all Identified frauds. Once fraud is Identified the required process has to be followed as per the post fraud Identification Guidelines. To ensure that the frauds are Identified at the first attempt.
