roles and responsibilities:
• to ensure the fraud exposure & loss is minimized by identifying the fraud at the earliest
• handling the alerts as per the guidelines*
• interaction with customer has to be carried-out as per the talk-off * in polite & soft manner
• get the complete details updated in the system for all identified frauds.
• once fraud is identified the required process has to be followed as per the post fraud identification guidelines.
• to ensure that the frauds are identified at the first attempt.
• proactive identification of the suspected compromised cards/accounts and to initiate necessary action to prevent fraudulent attempts
desired candidate profile:
• should be graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)
• should be able to work in rotational shifts and night shift. this is a 24x7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays as well.
• should have good communication skill. candidates knowing hindi will be given additional preference.
